Description

This 1998 Beaver Marquis 40′ is powered with one of the best engines ever in a RV Cat C-12 455 Hp.  These Marquis drive really well and tons of power to get up hills.  No slide out rooms but lots of storage and a really nice floor plan.  The cabinets do have a cloudy haze that were probably cleaned with some type of chemical.  This is just a disclosure from us that this coach is nice but not in great shape as far as the cabinets are concerned.  Everything else has been well maintained by the owner.  The owner did add New Tires, New Rear Brakes, 12.5 Generator, AquaHot & has 73,330 miles!!
